SCHOOL CALENDAR 2020 – 2021

FIRST TERM

The school opens on        MONDAY AUGUST 31^st

Mid-Term Break:            Monday 26^th October to Friday 30^th October  2020 inclusive.

Christmas Vacation:       Children in odd numbered classrooms will be dismissed at 11.20 and those in even numbered classrooms at 11.30 on Tuesday 22^nd December. The school will re-open on Wednesday 6^th January 2021.

SECOND TERM

Mid-Term Break:            Monday 15^th to Friday 19^st  February 2021   

March:                          17^th March for St. Patrick’s Day.

Easter Vacation*:           School will close at 12 noon on Friday 26^th March and re-open on Monday 12^th April.

*Please note that the Department of Education and Skills has made provision under Circular 0034/2011 for exceptional closures due to snow.  Should the need arise, the school may remain open up to and including Wednesday 31^st March, 2021 to make up for any days lost to exceptional closures.

THIRD TERM

May:                             Bank holiday Monday 3^rd May

June:                             Friday June 4^th and bank holiday Monday June 7^th

Summer Vacation:          School will close at 12 noon on Wednesday 30^th June.
