The Board manages the school on behalf of the Patron and is accountable to the Patron and the Minister. The Principal is responsible for the day-to-day management of the school, including guidance and direction of the teachers and other staff of the school, and is accountable to the Board for that management.
Board of Management
- Two direct nominees of the patron.
- Two parents of children enrolled in the school (one mother and one father) elected by the parents.
- The principal.
- One teacher elected by the teaching staff.
- Two community members.
The term of office for a board is 4 years and members can hold office only for 4 years although members are eligible for reappointment when their term of office expires. The term of office for the current Board of Management is from December 1st 2019 to Nov 30 2023.
