The Board manages the school on behalf of the Patron and is accountable to the Patron and the Minister. The Principal is responsible for the day-to-day management of the school, including guidance and direction of the teachers and other staff of the school, and is accountable to the Board for that management.
Board of Management
- Two direct nominees of the patron.
- Two parents of children enrolled in the school (one mother and one father) elected by the parents.
- The principal.
- One teacher elected by the teaching staff.
- Two community members.
The term of office for a board is 4 years and members can hold office only for 4 years although members are eligible for reappointment when their term of office expires. The term of office for the current Board of Management is from the 1 st of December 2015 to the 30th of November 2019.
