Yesterday I taught the class some German. I lived in Germany and my dad is German so I know the language. Nicole and I started with teaching the class the basics. We had a conversation with each other in German, and then we translated it to English. After that we made the class repeat the sentences in German and have the conversation with us. Then the class split up into partners and had the conversation with each other.

This is the conversation we learned:

 Me: Guten Tag!

Nicole: Hallo!

Me: Wie heisst du?

Nicole: Ich heisse Nicole. Wie heisst du?

Me: Ich heisse Fay, wie gehts dier?

Nicole: Mier gehts gut, wie gehts dier?

Me: Mier gehts auch gut.

This is translation:

Me: Good day!

Nicole: Hello!

Me: What’s your name?

Nicole: My name is Nicole, what’s your name?

Me: My name is Fay, how are you?

Nicole: I’m good, how are you?

Me: I’m also good.
